Privacy policy

Your data is the account information of the people who sign in: name, email address, role and workspace. We are the controller of that.

Your customers’ data is the conversations, phone numbers and media that flow through your WhatsApp account. For that we are a processor: it is yours, we hold it on your behalf and on your instructions, and we do not use it for anything of our own.

• Account details — name, email, password hash, timezone, role.
• Workspace content — WhatsApp conversations, contacts, message templates, campaigns and media you send or receive.
• Billing details — company name, billing address, tax number, invoices, and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser user agent, request timestamps and error traces, kept for security and debugging.
• Website enquiries — whatever you type into the contact form on this site.

• We do not sell personal data. Not to anyone, at any price.
• We do not use your customers’ conversations to train models or build profiles.
• We do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

Every workspace’s data is isolated at the database level using row-level security, not merely by application code being careful. One workspace cannot read another’s records even if the application asked it to.

Media — images, documents, voice notes, call recordings — is stored in a private bucket under your workspace’s own prefix and is never publicly reachable. It is served only through short-lived signed links generated for an authenticated request.

Passwords are hashed, never stored in a readable form. Access tokens and API credentials are held encrypted and are never written to logs, job queues or anything sent to a browser.

We use a small number of sub-processors, each for one clearly bounded job:

• Meta Platforms — delivers the WhatsApp messages themselves, under WhatsApp’s own terms.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores the application data and media.
• Our email provider — sends transactional email such as invoices, alerts and one-time codes.
• Our payment provider — processes card payments where card billing is enabled.

We do not add a sub-processor that has access to workspace content without telling customers first.

• Workspace content — for as long as your account is open, plus any retention rules you set yourself.
• Lapsed free trials — conversations, campaigns and templates are removed after the grace period stated in the product. The account itself is not deleted.
• Billing records — kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is longer than the account itself.
• Technical logs — kept only as long as they are useful for security and debugging, then rotated out.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Workspace owners can export their own data from inside the product at any time. Where the law gives you a right to complain to a supervisory authority, that right is not affected by anything here.

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The application itself uses only what is needed to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as whether the sidebar is collapsed.

If we change it in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
